In partnership with the McKinny Vento program established by the US Department of Education we supply socks for students facing homelessness and severe poverty. This program aims to reduce barriers that have prevented many homeless youth from enrolling, attending, and succeeding in school. Their goal is to ensure the right of students to go to school even when they are homeless and without a permanent address. Through the most generous partnership with BOMBAS Socks we are able to provide high quality socks to students across the county annually. Since 2019 BOMBAS SOCKS has donated 122,500 pairs of socks to GIVT.
